Allowance
Recently,
I asked my mum for an increase of my allowance. ( From $0 to at least something much more substantial)
I cited the following reasons:
1st, giving me an increment would be fair as there are so much other spoiled brats who receive much more allowance than I do, so it should be fair that I am getting an allowance that match theirs.
2ns, it would be able to help me from receiving bribes from other parents. asking me to be their son or something...
My mother gave me a look as if i was a imbecile who had just shattered her peaceful day and almost literally told me to F off.
Well, it guess it doesnt work for everyone and having the same surname sure does not help one bit.

You should have told your mum:
1) you've got to pay to get the kid you want and you've got to pay to keep the kid you want.
2) If you don't do that, in the long term, your son may rebel, slowly crumble and collapse
3) Later your son become maid for other country
4) Good son needs to be paid a good son's woth
5) minister get paid top dollar too
6) You pay peanuts, you get monkey
