Best Friend

Someone asked me today,
"Who is ur best friend ?".

It stumped me....I cld nt bring up a name @ an instant....*blank mind**blink blink*
I do hav frens...but is there anyone i know tt he/she will be there no matter wat..someone who knows me very well...someone who i can share watever with ?

No....

Is it just me ?
Or in the world of the internet..we are morphin into a society where the way in which we keep in contact with frens are by clickin on a few names, type in the same thing like "hi dude/wassup man", add in a few cute moving icons in the qns and ans style conversations n end it with a "gtg, cya man, tc". Gone were the days where u ring up to a fren, or even meet up with a fren to hav a good chat and laugh with over the phone, or over a regular fries with lots of chilli sauce(tts all i cld afford with my best friend in primary sch.) Nowadays we hav more ties with pple but for me its all distanced and some of us are just connected to each other not because of a strong friendship but a reliable internet service provider.

So "who is ur best friend ?"

Since my hero Ah gua man is gg to embark on a first fin covered step into the underwater world..I shall hereby do a preview abt the dangerous foes he is abt to face in the water........

Cone Shells (Conidae)

Pretty boys arent they...but death lurks beyond the beauty. Cone shells are the only members of the gastropod class that may be seriously harmful to man. The venomous sting of some cone shell species may be deadly even for an adult.

Crown of thorns(I am nt talkin abt the accessory tt gave JC a mssive headache)

These infamous tHorny boys here known as the crown-of-thorns starfish grows to over a foot across and has 10-20 arms. It is well known for its voracious appetite for live hard-corals. At various times it has been blamed for the killing of large portions of reefs in parts of the Pacific ocean, including a large portion of the great barrier reef of Australia during the 1960's. It is so despised that many scuba clubs organize "starfish hunts" in which these starfish are rounded up in an effort to save reefs from destruction. Serious hazards to swimmers and then only if the swimmers touch or step on the sea star. Injury from their spines will swell and become numb. The victim may experience swollen lymph glands and brief muscular paralysis. The victim may also become nauseous. So Ah gua man..watch where u put ur hands...better to just leave ur hands on ur partner's booty. = P
