Happy Mothers' Day

There is a Mother
who is a big bother.
Who wants to be pampered like a Queen,
Red carpets for her wherever shes been.
Not only can she be overbearing,
definitely is she too demanding.
Self centred and selfish she is always being,
being religious is definitely just for showing.
Eternal gratitude and worship she yearns,
but respect is what she needs to earn.
Enemies in office is all she makes,
the pain in orifices is certainly more than what most can take.
Always a reason for a maid to change,
never will she ever change.
She comes into the room like Dick Tracy,
never caring a shit bout your privacy.
There is a mother who is a bother,
someone I won't wish for even she is on offer.

With no disrespect to any mothers out there, it was something that I encountered on the way home today that got me writing this. Cheers.

Superman Returns or ???

After watching Superman returns, I could not help thinking of an alternative title and "Ta Dah" I decided to name it "Superman Vs Cyclops". Those who had watched the show might understand why. For those who din watch superman and had watched an earlier "versus" theme movie with me at a particular suburban cinema, don't worry ! Superman was not as bad as the other show. I did not tink up of "Superman vs Cyclops" with any reference to that show !!! HAHA

Well the story was not too bad(could be better !!) and i just could not accept the ending. Will talk bout it weeks later. Dun wanna spoil the show for those who have not caught it yet.

Faith My Ass by Betrand Russell

Bertrand Russell -
“I do not pretend to be able to prove that there is no God. I equally cannot prove that Satan is a fiction. The Christian god may exist; so may the gods of Olympus, or of ancient Egypt, or of Babylon. But no one of these hypotheses is more probable than any other: they lie outside the region of even probable knowledge, and therefore there is no reason to consider any of them.”
"We may define "faith" as the firm belief in something for which there is no evidence. Where there is evidence, no one speaks of "faith." We do not speak of faith that two and two are four or that the earth is round. We only speak of faith when we wish to substitute emotion for evidence."
